How Does The Month Of Rabi Al Awal Be Entertained
Rabi al Awal is the holiest month in the Islamic calendar. It is the month, in which, it is not only the birth, but also the Wisal of the holy Prophet, peace be on him, took place. If we consider day by day progression of this holy month, then it was the first night of Rabi Al Awal, twelve years after the beginning of his Divine Mission, the Holy Prophet, peace be on him, migrated from Makkah to al-Medinah. On this night, he hid in Cave Thawr. It was the Imam Ali, who stayed as in the sense of the sacrifice on the place of the Muhammad, peace be on him. Staying at the place of the Prophet, give him such a time that he leaves the place and the city comfortably. Immortalizing this event, Almighty Allah revealed the following holy verse: “And among men is he who sells himself to seek the pleasure of Allah; and Allah is Affectionate to the servants. Al Baqarah: 207
On the 9th of the holy month of the Rabi Al Awal, it is the feast day, which is also known as the Al Baqr (Feast of Stabbing). This day is considered so important that giving alms on this day assumes to make forgiveness of previous sins. It has been also said that it is recommended, on this day, to offer food, give pleasure to one’s brethren-in-faith, confer upon one’s family members with gifts, new clothes, and all that they need, praise and thank Almighty Allah, and practice acts of worship to the Allah. This day, which is also a holy day, is thus the day of removing accusations and sorrows.
According to the majority of Muslim scholars who have performed umrah with cheap umrah packages 2017, the Holy Prophet, peace be on him, was born on the twelfth of Rabi Al Awal. This is also the unanimous opinion of the other Muslim sects. It is thus recommended to offer a two Rakaat prayer. On this day too, the Holy Prophet, peace be on him, entered the holy city of al-Medinah after he had left the Makkah.
On the fourteenth of Rabi Al Awal AH 64, Yazid Ibn Muawiyah, the Umayyad tyrant, putrefied and, thus, rushed to join the lowest stage of Hellfire. According to the book of Akhbar al-Duwal, Yazid was infected by pleurisy. His dead body was thus moved to Damascus, where he was buried. His grave is now a dunghill. He lived thirty-seven years and ruled for three years and nine months.
